About Eric Velazquez, MD

Dr. Eric Velazquez is a board certified physician in pediatrics with a specialty in pediatric endocrinology. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. Dr. Velazquez continued to receive a masters of medical education from University of Cincinnati and completing a pediatric residency from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Dr. Velazquez completed his pediatric endocrinology fellowship from the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
