Dr. Edith (Emma) Dundon is a Clinical Assistant Professor at University of Massachusetts Amherst School of Nursing. She received her PhD in Nursing from University of Connecticut in 2010. Her dissertation research focused on utilization of a brief motivational intervention in school-based health centers for adolescents with mild to moderate depression. Currently, Dr. Dundon is conducting a feasibility study of a mentoring program between college students and high school students living with Type 1 Diabetes. Dr. Dundon is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She teaches pediatric content in the undergraduate and DNP programs. She also serves as Honors Program Director for the School of Nursing
