Ellen Brassil has been Baystate Health Sciences Library Director since 2010. She is a Distinguished Member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals and has been active for many years in regional and national library organizations, such as the Medical Library Association, where she also developed and taught CE courses in the past. Ellen is Book Review Column editor for Medical Reference Services Quarterly, edited the Book Review Column for the Journal of Electronic Resources in Medical libraries for several years and previously served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of the Medical Library Association.
