Elizabeth Crawford Spencer is Associate Professor of Law at ACU in Sydney and Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at Bond University on the Gold Coast.  She conducts research and writes in the areas of contracting, regulation, intellectual property, development cooperation, franchising and social enterprise. She is known internationally for her scholarship in the field of franchise law and regulation, having published two books as well as many articles in this field. She has recently published on legal and regulatory issues in the management of intellectual capital in social enterprise and contracting in development cooperation channels.
