About Elizabeth Ann Blazick, MD

Vascular Disease often requires a long term relationship between patients and surgeons, and I genuinely feel privileged to play a role in people’s health and helping maintain their quality of life. I graduated from University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed my General and Vascular Surgery training at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. I am a board certified vascular surgeon with expertise in, but not limited to, Aortic Aneurysms, Carotid Artery Disease, Peripheral Arterial and venous disease and vascular access for dialysis. Outside of work, I enjoy biking, yoga and traveling to destinations a little off the beaten path.
