About Elenor Lissel

I am a PhD student in Fiscal Law doing research on safeguard measures, WTO Law and developing countries. The research intends to provide an understanding on the problems related to the interpretation and application of the rules on safeguard measures in WTO Law, Regional Trade Agreements and on national level with an emphasis on the situation for developing countries.
I am also interested in other trade barriers such as technical barriers to trade.
