Abstract
Edward A. Zelinsky argues that the U.S. Supreme Court should hear New Hampshire’s suit against Massachusetts over taxation of remote workers, and that through its suit, New Hampshire defends a bedrock principle of federalism — that states cannot tax nonresidents on income they generate beyond their borders.
