Abstract
Edward A. Zelinksy of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University says the new "Amazon" laws in Illinois and South Dakota are in part unconstitutional, but he says states' enacting Amazon laws may be an effective way to lobby Congress to pass legislation that overturns Quill.
