About Edgardo Muñoz

My research addresses problems across a range of international business law topics. These include questions about international arbitration theory and practice, uniform contract law, comparative law of obligations, and sports law . I regularly publish articles in different peer-reviewed journals. I graduated in Mexico (Lic., Universidad Iberoamericana) and France (DEUF, Université Jean Moulin, Lyon III). I obtained a LL.M. from the University of Liverpool, UK, a second LL.M. from the University of California Berkeley, US and a Ph.D. degree summa cum laude from the University of Basel, Switzerland. I am a lawyer admitted to practice in California, United Sates and Mexico.
