Presentation of different parties’ attitudes, can also directly affect the state policies. So, as such, this research mainly deals with treatment of the Albanian issue in the Balkan area in Kosovo's political party programs. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze and discuss at what level is the Albanian national unification in the Balkans integrated into the programs of relevant Kosovo parties or which is party position on this issue. The selected method for analyzing the relevant literature and documents is Qualitative content analysis. After applying this method, the results are significant in several directions. It can be concluded, that despite all the challenges facing the Kosovo parties, they very briefly or only indirectly elaborate Albanian issue in their party programs. From the findings it turns out that the majority of Kosovo political parties are not for Albanian national unification in the Balkans. In this context, all programs have been analyzed, namely the Kosovo political parties documents, dealing with the above subject. In this regard, the importance of this research has to do with the facts and with a real situation to understand Kosovo parties’ attitudes in relation to the treatment of the Albanian issue.
