As the Vice Chair for Education in FM, I work with learners of all steps in their training from high school to premed, undergraduate studies, medical school, residency and physicians in practice. I facilitate the leaders of those programs in the Dept of Family Medicine, and my scholarly work is largely around the impact of educational programs on our learners.
