Dr Donnah Anderson BA(Hons)(Psychology)(UNE) PhD (UNE)
Dr Donnah Anderson is a Research Associate at the Centre for Children and Young People (CCYP) at Southern Cross University and partly in the CRN. Donnah’s research takes an interdisciplinary approach that bridges education, social psychology and clinical psychology. Her research applies theories and models from social psychology to education settings, and has a particular focus on children and young people with behavioural and emotional disorders and their right to a quality education. Her PhD is entitled: Forming Strong Attitudes: Teachers’ Attitudes toward Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Previously, Donnah has taught research methods, statistics, developmental psychology and social psychology, and she has specific skills and interests in quantitative analysis. At the CCYP, Donnah is currently working collaboratively on the international ethics, student wellbeing and student participation projects.
