About Dianne Slager, DNP, MSN, FNP, BSN

Dr. Dianne Slager has been faculty with the Kirkhof College of Nursing since 2015. Her areas of scholarship and interest are chronic disease management and community health issues. Her teaching includes clinical immersion and doctoral projects, and she has served as a primary care adult/older adult clinical coordinator since 2016. Dr. Slager has actively practiced nursing since 1981 in a wide variety of clinical settings. She has been a family nurse practitioner in active practice since 2002, most recently for the Health Department of the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Pottawatomi Nation and currently at Exalta Health.
