About Dia Chatterjee

Dr. Dia (Deepshikha) Chatterjee received her PhD in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University, and her BS in psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology. She received her Associates in Arts from Harold Washington College and is a proud community college alum. Her major research interests include diversity (stigmatization and identity management), careers in organizations, and creative performance. Dr. Chatterjee established the i-cube Lab where she mentors graduate and undergraduate students to pursue their scholarly interests. In addition to research, she has worked in domains such as strategy consulting (Incandescent), healthcare (Spectrum Health), educational testing (ETS and ACT), e-commerce (Amazon), and finance (Accident Fund Insurance) focusing largely on issues such as organizational strategy, performance management, organizational change, leadership, and assessment.
