Abstract

Even when a bit of information isn't specifically cataloged or fully available online, several strategies can help locate information about a specific family member within a broader resource, whether a mention an early newspaper article, alumni records, a report by a state government agency, a map within an atlas, or a large collection of personal papers or business records. This presentation focused on ways to tap into some of these resources through Raymond H. Fogler Library's Special Collections Department.
