Publisher Statement
This program was a reworking of El Alma de Espana of August, 2005. The solo pieces (the majority of the concert in both recitals) were the same, but as the university only owned one piano, Ruben Guiterrez played the Chick Corea piece as piano solo, instead of as a four-hand/two-piano work with myself as we had previously done. Ms. Jean Broekhuizen ended the program with Spanish Art Song -- a change from the original concert.
