My research interests include leadership education, gender and leadership, students in transition, and the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL). I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Furman University, a M.Ed. in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Georgia, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Georgia State University.
