About Deborah Streletz, MD

Deborah Streletz, M.D. is an assistant clinical professor at the UCR School of Medicine and the program director of the UCR SOM/Riverside Community Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program.
Streletz was a core faculty member of the Bryn Mawr Family Practice Residency Program, where she created the geriatrics rotation and composed the geriatric curriculum and the transitional care curriculum.  She also worked as an academic inpatient hospitalist at Bryn Mawr Hospital.
Streletz earned her M.D. from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, then served her internship in internal medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center. She conducted her residency in family medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center and the Texas A&M Health Science Center, Scott and White Memorial Hospital.
She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Streletz's recent presentations include the subjects of multivitamins in postmenopausal women, geriatrics including dementia and caregiving in dementia, and physician role in transitional care.
