About Dawn Mick

Dawn Mick is the Head of the Access Services department at the Iowa State University Library, a position she has held since 2017. Dawn arrived at Iowa State as the Resource Sharing and Acquisitions Management Librarian in 2014. Mick’s duties include coordination of interlibrary loans, document delivery, acquisitions, ebook management, circulation and course reserves. She worked as an access services librarian at Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri prior to her arrival at Iowa State. She is a 2009 graduate of the Master of Library and Information Science program at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
