About D. Michael Graham

Michael Graham is Associate Professor of Nursing and Director of the prelicensure BSN program in the College for Adults. He teaches in the BSN and DNP programs. Dr. Graham holds a Master of Nursing degree from the University of Minnesota, a Post-Master's Adult PMH Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Rush University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Duke University. He also holds master's and doctoral degrees in social work from Ohio State University. His specialty practice area is psychiatric nursing. Dr. Graham's scholarly interests are in translation science and the role of the DNP; quality improvement in health care and educational practice settings, including online higher education, and symptom science. He has taught at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels in nursing, including chairing scholarly project committees, and served in several senior leadership positions in health professions education.
