About David Pauleen

Beautiful New Zealand is where David J. Pauleen, associate professor in the School of Management, Massey University, Albany, lives and works.
His current research interests include emerging work practices, personal knowledge management and practical wisdom, cross-cultural information and knowledge management, and virtual team leadership, dynamics, communication and technology.
His work has appeared in the Journal of Management Information Systems, Sloan Management Review, Business Insight (Wall Street Journal & Sloan Management Review) and many other academic journals.
He is also editor of the books, Virtual Teams: Projects, Protocols and Processes (2004) and Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Knowledge Management (2007), co-editor of Personal Knowledge Management: Individual, Organizational and Social Perspectives (2011) and the upcoming Handbook of Practical Wisdom: Leadership, Organization and Integral Business Practice.
