Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present the use of educational modules to teach statistical concepts. The statistical experiments are based on semiconductor manufacturing. The modules are based on a standard template and can be easily incorporated into any engineering and/or statistics course. The motivation for the development of the educational modules was to support a new Microelectronics Process Engineering Program offered at San Jose State University.
