Abstract
The dielectric functions (ε̃) of FexRh1−x alloys with x=0.48, 0.5, and 0.54 were measured by spectroscopic ellipsometry in the energy range 1.5–5.4 eV. The optical properties do not change drastically as the antiferromagnetic (AF)-ferromagnetic (F) phase transition occurs.
