Abstract

The article discusses various atomic theories which served as the basis of understanding chemical transformations. It highlights the concepts of various scientists which determine the distinction between atoms and molecules, and became known in the modern concept of a balanced chemical reaction. The emergence of different laws associated with chemical reactions counts on atoms and molecules has been apparent, as well as oxygen as the basis of the advances in the accuracy of analytical methods.
