Director of Utah Water Research Laboratory. Research focused in the area of surface water hydrology, water resources, modeling, hydrologic information systems, and snow. Leads the development of HydroShare, a system for sharing hydrologic data and models. Developed and supports multiple open source software tools and models, including Terrain Analysis using Digital Elevation Models watershed delineation package.
