Abstract
This article examines Library of Congress's descriptive cataloging for manuscript music and related materials, and determines patterns of consistent practice as well as areas of the record and types of information that are handled inconsistently. Focus is on practices for MARC coding. Several bibliographic records are presented and analyzed. Part I of the article described how the study set was developed and examined areas of the records governed by AACR2.
