Conclusion: Our recommendations for empiric antimicrobial dosing in MARS patients achieved adequate concentrations for the drugs sampled in our small patient population. Due to the observational study design, the potential impact on antimicrobial pharmacokinetics was not evaluated. Our investigation is ongoing in order to evaluate additional antimicrobials and the impact of more prolonged MARS runs. Additional data will be shared at Aurora Scientific Day.
