About David Feldman

David Feldman received his A.B. from Kenyon college in 1978 and his M.A. (1980) and Ph.D. (1982) in economics from Duke University. He taught at Duke (1981-84) and at Colgate University (1984-89) before coming to William & Mary in the Fall of 1989. David currently teaches courses for economics and public policy about the American higher education system. His current research examines the determinants of college cost and pricing, the demand for higher education, student debt, and the role of federal and state policy toward higher education.
