Abstract
This book contains a unique set of pieces which examine the plight of Hispanics in today's workforce. This volume covers issues as diverse as occupations and their propensity toward and interaction with racioethnicity, to specific challenges of the Hispanic Workforce such as work-family balance and the impact of machismo.
