Applauds the efforts of the action editor, Kate Kellum, in the development of this special issue of the Behavior Analyst Today. What was exciting about her approach was that she not only worked with the editorial board and additional guest reviewers already in the field, but in so doing she was able to both model reviewing activities for her students and train them in this important aspect of scholarly responsibility.
