About Daniel B. Yeager

While attending the University of Florida College of Law, Professor Yeager was editor-in chief-of the Florida Law Review. After graduation, he served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Gilbert S. Merritt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. From there, he studied at the University of Illinois College of Law, where he also taught Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy.

Yeager has been a visiting professor at the University of San Diego School of Law, University of Illinois College of Law, Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, and the University of Florida College of Law. He is admitted to the California Bar.
