My name is Daniel Erlacher. I'm working as a research assistant at the Institute for Sport and Sport Science at the University of Heidelberg. My research interest is the connection between physical activity and sleep. There are four major interests :
1. Memory consolidation during sleep
2. Sleep quality before sport competitions
3. Physical activity for better sleep
4. Motor learning during lucid dreaming
