About Dan Richard

Dan Richard is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of North Florida. He earned both his Ph.D. and M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Texas Christian University. He earned his M.A. in Experimental Psychology and his B.S. in General Psychology from Northeast Louisiana University. His areas of professional interest relate to how people experience transitions and shifts in thinking about their social world. To address these interests, he has developed expertise in lay epistemology, quantitative methods, meta-analysis, transformational and community-based learning, revenge, terrorism, and artificial intelligence.
