Abstract
Measuring young children’s learning through a reliable assessment is important, it is also a vital part of the SDG 4.2 agenda. A good quality assessment can be the tools for teachers to make a good decisions about their practice and support learning.
Can we also apply the rigor of contemporary measurement theory and modern psychometrics to these measures?
