Abstract
The International Early Learning Child Well-being Study is designed to help countries to improve children's early learning experiences, to better support their development and overall well-being. Contribution to this project included input to the design, development and implementation of the study and the assessment framework, and authoring Chapter 10 Scaling IELS and Chapter 11 Scaling Outcomes, for the Technical Report.
