Over 33 years in Extension and research in the United States and Canada. Integrated and applied
approach to these disciplines, recognizing the importance of the natural resource and economic
considerations. Capable and effective communicator, administrator, facilitator, team-leader,
collaborator and researcher. Authored or co-authored 70 research-related papers, over 235
Extension articles, publications, newsletters, and popular press, and have spoken at over 335
conferences, seminars and field days. Through 2011, generated or assisted in raising $2.1 million
in grants and funding at Utah State University.
