About Daeyoung Kim

Dr. Kim is currently a tenure-track assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at Montclair State University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rutgers University, New Brunswick in 2019. He also received a B.S. in Electronic and Computer Engineering and M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Hanyang University, South Korea, in 2005 and 2007, respectively.
 
Before joining Montclair State, Dr. Kim was an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science in the College of Computing and Software Engineering at Kennesaw State University. His research interests span the broad area of computer security, with a focus on mobile systems and applications.
