About Craig Boardman

Craig Boardman is currently a Research Fellow at the Center for Organization research and Design. He began his career advising the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy and numerous federal agencies as a research staff member at the Science & Technology Policy Institute. Later Dr. Boardman was associate professor at Ohio State University, where he was also associate director of the Battelle Center for Science & Technology Policy, associate editor of The Journal of Technology Transfer, and an external evaluator and panel reviewer for the National Science Foundation. Dr. Boardman's research is published in top public policy and management journals and has been discussed and cited in top scientific outlets including Nature. Outside the US, Boardman has advised the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) and the Canadian Council of Science and Technology Advisors. Dr. Boardman earned his doctorate in 2006 from the School of Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
