As a family physician trained in integrative medicine, my goal is to help people live healthier lives. It is a privilege to partner with patients to adapt their dietary, exercise, relaxation and sleep patterns to meet their goals. I value both conventional medical approaches to prevention and screening as well as the expanded treatment options available through integrative medicine, including acupuncture, osteopathic manipulation, and the judicious use of dietary supplements and botanical medicines when appropriate.
