About Corey Cook

As Dean of the School of Public Service, Dr. Corey Cook came to Boise State University in 2015. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science focusing on Public Policy and an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Much of Dr. Cook’s work focuses on issues of race and ethnicity within American politics, as well as analysis of public electoral engagement. His previous service includes being the Vice President for the California Center for Education in Public Affairs from 2013-2015, and as a political analyst for KTVU television from 2012-2015.
