Abstract
Presented at the Annual Conference of the Association of Teacher Educators in Atlanta, GA, February 2013. This presentation presented the findings from an interview study where teachers discussed their perceptions of Florida's new teacher evaluation system implemented as part of Florida's Race to the Top grant.
