My research is at the intersection of technology and society. I research university and federal lab technology transfer operations, engineering management, scientific misconduct and smart cities. What is the impact on society? What is the impact on economic development? How about increasing the diversity of STEM STEAM professionals' and their professional development? I teach ethics and equity in diverse organizations. I have taught sustainable industrial operations management, business law and engineering law. I am a registered patent attorney, engineer, operations manager, project manager and urban planner.
