Abstract

To save money, state officials running destitute Flint, MI, switched sources of public water. People immediately noticed the difference...discoloration, skin rashes and much much worse...and the state government denied and lied. UNM Law Professor and former EPA counsel Clifford Villa on an avoidable tragedy.
