The Business Law needs resolving the conflicts of enterprise business in the Information Age and the Network Society. This work aims to address the general performance of the virtual credits, used in Brazilian business practice. His special objectives are to provide the epistemological theory foundations of the virtual credit doctrine in the network society. The investigated hypothesis is the dizzying growth of these titles, forcing the changes and adjustments right to tune with the current economic reality, especially for meet the mass economy, otherwise it will not guarantee business transactions. The methodology used in the research essay is theoretical, historical and doctrinal typology. The analysis will be based on literature review and research the decisions of agencies and municipalities linked to the virtual credit market. This work builds solutions to the difficulties in the recovery of virtual credit in the Network Society to monitor the dynamics of the mass economy, so necessary today.
