Abstract

Participants in this popcorn session will engage in a spirited discussion of the relationship between the staffing structure of legal writing programs and academic freedom for legal writing professors. We will explore the academic freedom implications of tenure versus contract status, director-led versus coordinated programs, uniform versus individualized syllabi, and related topics.
