PhD in communications from Howard University; MSA from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill.; and BA in mass communications from the University of Nigeria in Nsukka, Nigeria. Joined Howard University in 2009 and presently Chairs the Department of Strategic, Legal, and Management Communication (SLMC). Was previously a faculty member and chair of the communications department at Bowie State University.
