This curriculum promotes understanding and concern for the Bear River watershed by engaging middle school and high school students in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho in water quality monitoring (chemical, physical and biological). It also contains a process model that describes how to organize resources, enlist participants, train and support them, and evaluate the program. The curriculum was adopted by 19 teachers in the watershed.
