About Christopher J. Lyddy

My research involves comprehensively understanding mindfulness at work. I am currently exploring the fundamental experience, integration, and impacts of mindfulness and mindfulness training (e.g., meditation) in workplace contexts. My ongoing projects consider the potential applications of mindfulness for leadership, job attitudes, resilience, self-regulation, and healthcare.
