About Christina Quick

Dr. Christina Quick has been faculty with the Kirkhof College of Nursing since 2019. Her clinical background is in emergency/trauma, pediatric surgery, and newborn care. Her areas of scholarship and interest are child abuse and neglect prevention and nursing simulation. Her teaching includes evidence-based practice and management of common, chronic and complex health problems in children and adolescents at the graduate level, as well as undergraduate and graduate nursing simulation and community child health. Dr. Quick has actively practiced nursing since 2010 and has been a pediatric nurse practitioner in a variety of clinical settings since 2014. She serves as a member on the Kalamazoo Children's Alliance; Partners for Vulnerable Youth - Alliance for Children in Foster care; and on National Association for Pediatric Nurse Practitioners Michigan Chapter executive board.
