Abstract

In 2002 the US Congress created a temporary, ad hoc commission of experts, known as the US Antitrust Modernization Commission (AMC), to study US antitrust law and to determine whether in any respect it should be “modernized''. The Commission will release a final report to the President and Congress in May of 2007. The following article gives a critical survey of the AMC's work until now.
